My blog has been bumped a few spots down on my list of priorities in favor of trying to get everyone's proofs finished on time. If you have your proofs and have not yet seen your blog feature, I haven't forgotten you! I have a list of completed sessions that I'll be blogging when I get time between the insane amount of proofing I'm wading through.

Jessica & Chris were married on the most popular day of the year, 6-7-08. Their ceremony was held at Asbury United Methodist Church, with the reception following at Holston Hills Country Club. This was such a beautiful wedding with such wonderful people and genuine emotions everywhere we turned.

Jessica chose to wear both a toss garter and a garter to keep.

Jessica's sister and maid of honor, Erin, was overcome with emotion when she saw Jessica coming down the aisle.


Jessica was also emotional during the ceremony. We were getting a little misty behind our cameras, too!


Afterwards, some heartfelt congrats were in order.




The groom's cake was so unique!


After everyone finished their dinner, the guests enjoyed a slideshow and a number of toasts..


.. all of which resulted in lots of laughter and tears.




At sunset, we took 5 minutes of their time to run outside on the terrace to take advantage of the pretty sky.




Then it was dance time!
